We offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes. Start where you're comfortable and progress at your own pace. Our instructors guide every step to ensure you're supported.
Do I need any yoga equipment?
We provide high-quality yoga mats, blocks, and straps in our Shalas. However, for hygiene and personal comfort, many students prefer to bring their own mat.
How long are the classes typically?
Most of our standard classes last between 60 to 90 minutes. Specialized workshops or intensive teacher training sessions may be longer.
Can beginners join this yoga program?
Absolutely! Many of our retreats and foundational courses are specifically designed for beginners. We focus on proper alignment and breathing techniques from the ground up.
How often should I practice yoga?
For visible benefits, we recommend practicing 2-3 times a week. However, even a daily 10-minute session can significantly improve your mental clarity and flexibility.
